fidelity losses, business valuations, loss of earnings and
matrimonial matters. Ms. Mitchell became a partner of the firm in April

due to property damage
for counsel involved
in litigation and dispute
resolution. She has
testified many times in such matters and has been qualified by both state and federal courts as an expert
witness.
She has worked on several
large engagements involving
the review of allocations
of claims paid and
estimated future claims
by insureds to insurance
coverage blocks. These
assignments related
to asbestos, breast
implant, pharmaceutical and environmental
claims spanning a forty-five
year coverage block
period often with claims and expenses totaling
over a billion dollars.
